Starting out begins with a financial status check (FSC); this is a requirement for all new and existing customers.

Upon approval of the FSC, you will be sent a Linen Services Agreement (LSA) to be read through and signed.

With receipt of a signed and approved LSA, orders can now be placed by email (website ordering is in development).

We ask that orders are placed 48 hours in advance of requirement.

On the scheduled pick-up or delivery date, we will contact you to coordinate a time to hand over your order.

Linen that requires cleaning can be dropped off 7 days a week or when picking up an order, alternatively it can be collected by our staff if your order is being delivered.

Invoices are issued every 15th day of the month, as well as the last day of each month.

What is an STR?
STR stands for Short Term Rental property, such as Airbnb Holiday properties etc.
What do I need to do in order to start being supplied with Hotel Quality Hire Linen?
A quick financial status check will be conducted, and once approved by our accounts department you will need to read through and sign a Linen Services Agreement. After this has been completed, returned and approved, you are all set to place your first order.
How many orders can I make a week?
We don’t have any limits per se, however, we will monitor orders and implement limits where needed, as it is vital that we ensure every client receives their order in full and on time.
What do I do with my ordered linen that now requires cleaning?
Ordered linen that requires cleaning can be dropped off when picking up an order, or will be collected by our staff if your order is being delivered.
We offer a dirty linen pick-up service, for a small fee.
What happens if ordered linen becomes stained?
Return it to us labelled and we will either exchange it, or adjust your next order.
